Petitioners' revisions with the State Government under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 are pending since 16.02.2022. They are seeking directions for expeditious disposal of their revisions.

Learned AGP appears for all the respondents and submits that the revisions, if they are pending with the State Government, will have to be decided expeditiously.

We dispose of the writ petitions by requesting respondent No.1 to decide the petitioners'

revisions as early as possible and in any event, within a period of 12 weeks from today. 6.

Writ petitions are disposed of.
