Learned counsel for Respondent has placed on record photocopy of the order dated 17.05.2024 passed in Change Report No. 6/2017. It is his contention that the said change report is accepted by passing final order by the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Jalgaon and hence present Petition has become infructuous. 2.

Perusal of the Petition shows that the application for intervention filed by the Petitioner was rejected. Now the proceeding in which the said application was filed is allowed. Hence, nothing survives in the present Petition. Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
