The same Petitioner had earlier filed a Writ Petition No. 6629 of 2022. This Court had passed an order on 30.06.2022 in the said Petition. For the same cause, the second Petition is filed. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and avail of the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act.

In view of the above statement, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.
