CORAM: RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.
DATE :- 06th January, 2015 Per Court:
The Petitioner was heard for sometime.
The Civil Miscellaneous Application filed on 09.10.2014 in MACP No.669/2011 has been rejected since the Petitioner has not submitted the details of the vehicle purchased, it's registration number, engine number, chasis number, etc..
Since I was not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition in order to file a fresh Miscellaneous Civil Application in MACP No.669/2011 by which the Petitioner shall furnish necessary details to enable the concerned Court to deal with the application on merits.
In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh application. In the event such an application is filed, the learned Court shall decide the same on it's own merits and in accordance with law. No order as to costs. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
