This application is filed for bringing on record legal representatives of original claimant Rajaram Kamble, who died on 10.03.2012. There is delay of 4113 days caused in filing the application. For the reasons recorded in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

( 2 ) ca1223.24 CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL OF AMOUNT 01.

The civil applications are filed for withdrawal of amount. Learned Advocate Mr. Arora appearing for the acquiring body in FA No. 1994/2022 vehemently opposes the application. 02.

In view of earlier order passed on 30.03.2023 in Civil Application No. 1781 of 2023 in First Appeal No. 2010 of 2022 and since only 80% amount is deposited in this Court, the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court on following conditions.

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the entire amount of award along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

(ii) Further 30% of the entire amount of award along with accrued interest is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(iii) The civil applications are accordingly allowed and are disposed off.
