Petitioner seeks direction to Record of Rights Committee (Adhikar Abhilekh Samiti) - respondent no. 8 herein to complete inquiry initiated in respect of land survey number 7 situated at Jaisingpura, Aurangabad.

A communication made by Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Aurangabad dated 23-12-2015 about completion of inquiry and submission of report is relied upon. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that inquiry be directed to be completed at the earliest.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that in case inquiry before designated committee - respondent no. 8 in respect of subject issue is pending, then the committee would process the matter in accordance with guidelines set-out in respect of functioning of the committee and powers conferred on it and reach out to proper conclusion on the basis of the documents and material placed before it. 5.

Without expressing any opinion, we observe, that the committee - respondent no. 8 herein, in case subject issue is pending, to deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and the material and documents placed before it. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
