At the request of the petitioner leave to correct prayer clause.

The learned Counsel submits that the validation proceedings are pending with the respondent since 2003. The vigilance has been completed. The petitioner has filed her say to the vigilance report. However, the same is not yet decided. 3.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent, then the respondent shall decide it on its own merits expeditiously within a period of six

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 8th November, 2019.
