Present applicant is original accused in Sessions Case No.306 of 2014, who has been held guilty by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhusawal on 14-06-2016 after holding him guilty for committing offence under Section 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the applicant was never on bail throughout the

{2} CRI APPLN 3945 OF 2022 trial. Under the said circumstance, for the reasons stated in paragraph no.4, the application stands allowed and disposed of. Delay stands condoned.
