The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has tendered across bar order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Foundation Shri Sant Laxman Maharaj Vidya Mandir, Kaudgaon V/s the State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No. 2569 of 2008 decided on 7th July, 2009. He submits that, the representation of the petitioner may be decided in the light of observations in the order dated 7th July, 2009 in case of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Foundation.

We dispose of this Petition with directions to

450.14WP Respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 26th April, 2013 (Exhibit `E'), as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case, before academic year commences.

Needless to observe that, Respondent No.2 to hear the petitioner before passing order in respect of grievance raised by the petitioner. The petitioner may be allowed to place on record documents in support of its contentions.
