This motion is moved for speaking to the minutes. 3.

According to the respondents/claimants, by order dated 21/04/2023, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- towards costs, in this Court. It was to be paid to respondents/claimants. Learned advocate for respondents submits that since respondents/claimants are from remote area of Biloli Taluka, the amount of costs be directed to be remitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Biloli.

By this motion for speaking to the minutes, learned advocate for respondents is in fact seeking modification of order dated 21/04/2023. The said motion is beyond the ambit of speaking to the minutes.

The motion being misconceived is rejected.

On oral application of the learned advocate for the respondents/claimants, in the interest of justice, it is hereby ordered that the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the petitioner towards costs in this Court be remitted to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Biloli. The Tribunal shall permit the respondents/claimants to withdraw the same.
