Heard the learned Advocates for the respective parties. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner informs that the proposal is to be considered by the Director of Education (Primary), Pune. However, he has not been added as a party Respondent and seeks leave to add him as a party.

Leave granted. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 4.

By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to D.A.Ethape

( 2 ) 999-WP-3238-2022 the respondents-authorities to decide the proposal of the petitioner for grant of approval, continuity in service, etc. The petitioner is in service with Respondent Nos. 5(School) and Respondent No.6(Management). 5.

It is the stand of the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 that the proposal is submitted to the authority and the same is pending with Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Affidavit in reply is filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 stating that the proposal is pending. Paragraph No.3 of the affidavit reads as under:

I say and submit that, the respondent No.6 submitted the proposal of the petitioner to the respondent No.4 for regularization of service and to grant continuity in service to the petitioner by letter dated 21.10.2021."

In view of the above, this Court finds that the petition can be conveniently disposed of with a direction to the added Respondent No.7Director of Education (Primary), Pune, to decide the proposal of the petitioner within a period of two months from today. 7.
