Learned Advocate for the Appellant has pointed out that in paragraph No.6, the word "Session" appearing in the 7th line be substituted with the word "Trial", and in paragraph No.7, the word "dismissed" appearing in the 1st line be substituted with the word "allowed".

Upon perusal of the said order, it is found that the aforesaid words have been inadvertently typed and require necessary correction. Accordingly, the word "Session" in paragraph No.6 shall stand replaced by "Trial" and the word "dismissed" in paragraph No.7 shall stand replaced by "allowed".

Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected order be uploaded accordingly.
