The learned counsel for applicant has been elevated as High Court Judge. The application is of the year 2022. This Court on last date had asked the learned APP to take instructions in respect of the status of the matter. The learned APP submits that the police have filed B-summary against the applicant and other accused. The said Bsummary is submitted before the Court. The learned APP, on instructions, further submits that in investigation it revealed that the complainant himself consumed the poison and there is no evidence against the applicant.

Considering this fact, the application is disposed of with liberty if the applicant intends to file fresh anticipatory bail application, he can file directly before this Court.
