PER COURT :- 1.

A private dispute between the Petitioner and several private individuals is brought before the Court on the pretext that the Municipal Council has issued notice to the encroachers. None of the encroachers have been added as Respondent. According to the Petitioner, an encroachment has occurred beyond a road which passes by the plot/land of the Petitioner.

We leave it to the Petitioner to approach the Municipal Council. If his grievance is not redressed, the Petitioner would be at liberty to initiate a civil suit for appropriate reliefs. 3.

With the above observations, this Petition is disposed off.
