The eleven applicants hailing from various districts amenable to the jurisdiction of the Nagpur Bench of this Court, have preferred the Civil Application for being arrayed as Co-Petitioners. It is stated that they are members of the Petitioner-Association.

Considering the above, since the association is competent to espouse the cause of its members, save and except on account of any legal impediment, there is no requirement for the members to become CoPetitioners. The Civil Application is, therefore, disposed off. 3.
