The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has approached the Committee as constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015 for correction in the mutation records, but the Committee has also not issued direction in that regard.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

In case, petitioner's application is pending with the Committee/respondent no.4 as contended, then Committee/respondent no.4 shall consider the said application and take necessary steps as required under law and as per the procedure, preferably within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
