Mr. Gaikwad, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 5 submits that, the process had already been initiated for acquisition as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and the same would be completed within the time stipulated under the new Act. The affidavit in reply is filed to that effect.
