1.

This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court.

2.

The application is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the Acquiring Body on the ground of quantum of compensation awarded by the Reference Court.

3.

At present the award is in favour of the applicant. For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed.

4.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50 % amount of compensation without any condition. 5.

The applicants are also permitted to withdraw 1/2

907.odt 25 % amount of compensation on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registry (Judicial) of this Court.

6.

Remaining 25 % amount of compensation shall be invested in the Nationalized Bank in the fixed deposit for a period of 13 months and shall be renewed from time to time as per order of this Court.

Civil Application is disposed of.
