By way of this civil application the applicants seek permission to place on record amended copy of plaint as well as permission to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1 on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and 'B' and the applicant is permitted to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased respondent No. 1 as stated in paragraph No. 4 of the application. The civil application is disposed of. 4.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from today.
