This is an Application seeking direction to Respondent No.4 - the North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon to declare result of the

ca15660.15 Applicant- original Petitioner and to issue mark memo and other relevant documents in her favour subject to decision of the writ petition.

This Court, while granting Rule in Writ Petition No.9614 of 2011, has passed interim order in terms of prayer clause (F), thereby permitting the Petitioner to continue her studies. In this view of the matter, the prayer made by the Applicant/original Petitioner deserves to be accepted.

Civil Application is thus, allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
