DATE : 27/09/2017 PER COURT :- Leave to amend in respect of respondent no.2 is granted. 2] Mr.Bolkar, learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent committee since February 2015. The respondent no.3 institution is insisting for validity certificate. 3] The respondent no.2 committee shall decide validation proceeding in respect of caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within nine months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

4] The respondent no.3 shall not refrain the petitioner from appearing for 3rd year examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. So also shall not withheld the result.

-2However, Degree certificate shall not be issued unless validity certificate is submitted.

5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
