The applicant / original claimant is seeking early hearing of his appeal bearing F.A. No. 1082 of 2006 on the ground that he is almost of 80 years of old and will be deprived off the fruits of award if the appeal is not heard expeditiously. The appeal is of 2006 and required to be disposed of urgently.

However, there are so many other old appeals are pending, which are in fact pertaining to the years 1998 to 2005, wherein similar situation is there. In view of the same, those appeals are to be taken for fnal hearing chronologically. As such, though this appeal can be fxed for fnal hearing, but it will be heard as per chronological order. The application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause-A and B and the appeal is fxed for fnal hearing on 11/04/2023.
