In these matters, the Petitioners are questioning the show cause notice, dated 23/10/2020, issued by Respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee, with regard to the proposed cancellation of their Tribe certificates / Validity Certificates. 2.
While dealing with a similar group of Writ Petition No.12703/2023 (Satyanarayan Ramreddy Aitwar Vs. State of Maharashtra and Another) and connected Writ Petitions, the Coordinate Bench of this Court, by an order dated 11/10/2023, has disposed off the Writ Petitions by refusing to entertain the prayers of the Petitioners. The present Petitioners are from their brotherhood. 3.
In view of the above and considering the order dated 11/10/2023 (supra), all these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
(4) Needless to state, all the contentions of the Petitioners are kept open in the proceedings before the Competent Committee. The Petitioners assure that, they would cooperate with the Committee in the said proceedings and would refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable or trivial grounds, lest, the committee would be justified in progressing to the further stages in the proceedings.
