The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 08.09.2022 whereby registration of his Civil Revision Application was refused for non-removal of office objections despite grant of time on two occasions. Learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within four weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 08.09.2022 stands Pooja K.

916 CA 5211-2024 recalled and the Civil Revision Application be restored for removal of office objections within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,000/- (rupees One Thousand only) to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad.
