He suggested that going by the grievance made in the petition, the petitioner ought to have approached before the Tribunal. In view of Section 14 [1] of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, this petition does not appear maintainable in this Court. This petition be transferred to the Tribunal. In view of above, petition stands disposed of.
