1] We have heard Mr. Sant, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dande, learned counsel for the respondents. 2] Affidavit in reply is filed by the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the proposal received from the petitioner is forwarded to the higher authorities for decision. As yet, no decision is taken.

3] In the light of the above, present writ petition is premature. The petitioner will have a right to proceed in case the higher authority decides against the petitioner. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
