Petitioner is claiming time bound promotional pay scale and the reliefs in accordance with Government Resolution dated 30.04.1998. The proposal has already been forwarded by the respondent no.5/school to the respondent no. 3 on 13.05.2024 which is awaiting decision on merit.

Learned AGP submits that the respondent no.4 would consider the proposal on its own merits. Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.4 to consider the proposal pending with him on its own merits and in view of the earlier decision of this Court in Writ petition no. 8423/2018 of Milind Motiram and another vs. vsj..
