A limited grievance is raised in the petition to the effect that though representation are filed by the petitioner on 25.2.2015 and 1.7.2015, the respondent s have not taken any decision on the said representations. 2) During the course of hearing, it is informed to this Court that Respondent No.2 has already forwarded the proposal/representations to Respondent No.1 on 15th May, 2015.

3) In the circumstances, we do not see any reason to withheld the proposal of the petitioner by Respondent No.1 for such a considerable period. In the light of the above, Respondent No.1 is directed to take final decision on the representations/proposal of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 12 weeks from today and communicate the same to the petitioner. 3) With these directions, the petition is disposed of.
