1] The present Civil Application is filed by the original claimant nos.3 and 4 and parents of the deceased for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court.

2] Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3] The present applicants are granted Rs.3 lac each by the Tribunal.

I deem it appropriate to permit the applicants to withdraw Rs.2 lac each as deposited in this Court along with accrued interest till date subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] of this court. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 5] First Appeal is admitted. On admission, Mr.R.V.Gore, learned counsel waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 4. Mr.S.V.Suryawanshi, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.5.
