Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to withdraw entire amount of award as deposited by the Acquiring Body. However, this Court in other similar matter vide order dated 04.10.2021 has allowed withdrawal of 75% amount of the impugned award.

As such, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with the accrued interest thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% of the deposited amount along with

the interest accrued thereon till date on furnishing solvent security / surety or bank guarantee.

The remaining amount be invested in any Nationalized Bank in F.D.R. on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of the appeal. 5.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
