The petitioner has filed this petition stating that the respondents who are inter-se husband and wife and are litigating against each other, have unnecessarily dragged the petitioners in the Regular Darkhast No. 15/2017. Notice has been issued to the petitioner in the said proceedings. It is, therefore, prayed that the Darkhast proceeding be stayed.

Considering the above, I do not find that the petitioners are remediless. If, they are aggrieved by the issuance of notice in the Darkhast proceeding, they may take recourse to such remedies as are permissible in law. This petition, therefore, need not be entertained and the same is disposed of with liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law.
