By the said order of the Registrar (Judicial), the appellants were permitted to remove office objections within a period of two weeks, failure to remove office objections, the Second Appeal automatically stood dismissed. As office objections is not removed, the Second Appeal automatically stood dismissed.

After going through the contents of the Civil Application, I am satisfied with the grounds which are made out to allow the Civil Application. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '
