Heard Mr. V.P. Latange, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. Chate, learned A.G.P. for respondent No.1 / State and Mr. Navandar, learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2.

It is revealed during the course of argument that there is a difference in the name of applicant No.3 Tarabai and her husband. The name of applicant No. 3 in the judgment of L.A.R. No. 2/2011 (page No.12) is shown as Parubai Shripati Sathe and in the original proceedings of L.A.R. No.11/2010 (Old No.13/2008), the name of Tarabai is shown as Tarabai Ashok Sathe.

It is also pointed out by Mr. Navandar, learned counsel for respondent No.2 that there is an error on the part of the reference Court while mentioning the number of L.A.R. proceedings and that number also needs to be corrected.

Having regard to the submissions of learned counsel for both the sides, it is necessary to send back the R&P including judgment and award passed by the reference Court for necessary corrections at the hands of the reference Court regarding the name of the parties and the number of L.A.R. proceedings.

O R D E R

(i) The Registry is directed to send back the R&P (including the judgment and award) to the concerned reference Court for making corrections in the original judgment and award, and send it back to this Court on or before 08.06.2022.
