1) The application is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing appeal against the judgment and order of Special Judge appointed under the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988. The applicant wants to challenge two findings given on Point Nos.1 and 2 by the trial Court Judge. In view of the contents of the application, after giving notice to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

Learned APP submits that the State also filed appeal against the judgment of acquittal which is pending as Criminal Appeal No.536/2014 and it is admitted. In view of these circumstances and the grounds on which the present appeal is filed, present appeal is also admitted. After admission notice is waived by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
