There is a delay of 108 days for the applicant/appellant to file the First Appeal against the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court.

Taking into account the fact that the applicant is a senior citizen, who has lost the land due to compulsory acquisition, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that he shall not be entitled to claim interest for the period of delay.
