Present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 163 days caused in filing criminal appeal challenging his conviction in Sessions Case No.110 of 2020 (Old Case No.114/2020) by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon on 23.02.2023 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code.
