It is an application moved by the applicants seeking directions about the division of amount in three equal shares of the amount deposited by the respondents / original defendants. 2.

Heard Mr. Tambe, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Bhandari, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2. Perused the order passed by this Court in second appeal no. 235/2021 with second appeal no. 288/2020 dated 20.09.2021. It is revealed during the course of arguments that defendants had deposited the

45-ca-13718-21 amount in second appeal no.288/2020. That amount needs to be divided in three equal shares. Mr. Bhandari, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 has no objection for the same.

O R D E R

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause 5-a.

(ii) The Registry to comply the same by making three equal shares and disbursement thereof.
