Rodge, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions submits that entire amount of compensation with accrued interest was deposited before the Reference Court and the same was disbursed to the claimants. Ad-interim stay which was granted on certain conditions needs to be modified as the amount was already deposited. 2.

Ad-interim stay granted earlier shall stand confirmed. 3.
