1) Learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw the application. The learned counsel further requests for giving direction to the trial Court to expedite the matter as the applicants are behind the bars since 17-12-2013.

If the case is not expedited within the aforesaid time, there will be liberty to the applicants to come to this Court again for bail.
