This appeal filed under Section 14A of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, challenges the order dated 29.09.2023, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangamner, in Criminal Bail Application No. 246/2023, thereby rejecting the anticipatory bail application of appellants.

Heard learned advocate for appellants, learned APP for State and learned advocate for informant. Perused the record.

Learned advocate for appellants submits that Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 907-APEAL-930-2024 appellants and informant have amicably settled the dispute out of the Court and have moved Criminal Writ Petition No. 377/2024 before Division Bench for quashing of FIR, on the basis of compromise. Learned advocate for informant confirms this position. He submits that he has caused his appearance in the said writ petition.

Considering this development, Criminal Appeal No. 930 of 2023 is allowed.

Impugned order dated 29.09.2023, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangamner in Criminal Bail Application No. 246/2023, is quashed and set aside. 6.
