PER COURT :- 1) Heard. This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.4 - Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance withe the law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of nine months from today and it is accordingly directed.

2) In the meanwhile, Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall declare the results of the petitioner and if the petitioner is found eligible, permit her to prosecute her further studies.

3) With the directs, as above, the writ petition is disposed of.

4) The petitioner shall appear before the Respondent No.4 - Committee on 25th August, 2015 and as such, no separate notice, requiring presence of the petitioner before the Committee shall be necessary.
