The first civil application for listing the petition for final hearing is allowed by consent. The writ petition be listed for final hearing on 09/01/2020.

In the second civil application, the parties are at logger heads considering the affidavit sought to be produced. The former Head Master Mr.Yusuf Khan has issued an affidavit dated 14/10/2019 in favour of the applicant petitioner. The learned Advocate for respondent No.1/Educational Institution submits that the same Yusuf Khan has issued him a counter affidavit on 07/11/2019, khs/Nov.2019/12705-d

- 2 - which he would desire to produce on record when the said civil application is heard.

As such, the second civil application No.12706/2019 shall be heard alongwith the writ petition. The respondent/petitioner is at liberty to enter it's affidavit in reply.
