The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent no. 2 who is the Registrar of Co-operative Society, to take appropriate action on his complaint dated 17 August 2023.

Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the petitioner's complaint (supra) and take appropriate action pursuant to the provisions of Section 79 and 79 A and any other provision of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, as are applicable. The decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of five months.
