The application is filed for bail.

Both the sides are heard.

This Court has perused the papers of investigation. 4.

The crime is registered on the basis of report made by prosecutrix. The prosecutrix is aged about 14 years. Allegations are made that in the incident dated 1st December, 2014 at about 10.00 p.m. the applicant entered the house of prosecutrix. He misbehaved with her and stated that he was liking her. Only after she made hue and cry he went out of the house.

There is material like statement of prosecutrix, her

The applicant has been behind the bar since 2nd December, 2014. He was granted temporary bail by this Court in view of death of his real brother. Statement is made that the applicant has surrendered and today the applicant is behind the bar.

In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/-.

He is not to tamper the prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offence. He is not to enter the locality like Shirasgaon Dhuple, where the prosecutrix is staying. He is not to go to the school till the disposal of the case. [T. V. NALAWADE, J.] Dt.12/01/2015 ans/6807
