This Application is filed, praying therein for recalling the order dated 25th October 2016 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.5749 of 2016.

Though we are not convinced by the reasons stated in the Application for recalling the said order, however, with a view that due to mistake of Advocate the litigant should not suffer, and with the assurance of the Advocate that henceforth he will take care to mention/attend the matter, the order dated 25th October 2016 is recalled. Criminal Application No.5749 of 2016 is restored to the original file, subject to removal of all office objections on or before 2nd December 2016.

If all the office objections are removed within time, list Criminal Application No.5749 of 2016 on 7th December 2016.

Criminal Application No.6110 of 2016 stands disposed of, accordingly.
