Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondent.

The appeal from order was preferred. However, the application on which the impugned order was passed has been pending before the Court of first instance for hearing. Therefore, by consent this appeal was kept pending till hearing of the said application. Hearing of the said application is over and the Court of first instance has closed the case for orders for 04.01.2024. 3.

It seems that the purpose of the appellants is served. The learned trial Court heard the appellants and other-side. Hence,
