The petitioners who are approved teachers are before this Court as their proposals for including them in the Shalarth Pranali are still waiting for decision. The proposals are pending before respondent No.2/Deputy Director of Education for considerable period.

Respondent No.2 shall also take into consideration the fact that the deficiencies which were notified earlier have also been removed. The petitioners and the Management would be at liberty to produce the relevant documents before respondent No.2.
