DATE: 25th January, 2019 PER COURT:- Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Insurance Company. In view of the submissions made, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Ahmednagar.

II) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for a period till disposal of the appeal.

{2} CA 778 OF 2019 III) The amount permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants shall be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims, Tribunal, Ahmednagar, so as to facilitate its withdrawal by the applicants.

VI) Civil Application No.778 of 2019 stands disposed of.
