2] The present applicant filed an application before this court for cancellation of said anticipatory bail granted in favour of non-applicant nos. 2 to 4. The said application was registered as Criminal Application Nos. 5629 of 2014. The said application was before this court (Coram : M.T.Joshi, J.) on 19.11.2014. The said application was withdrawn by the present applicant.

3] Now for very same purpose the present application is filed.

4] In that view of the matter, present application is not maintainable and is dismissed accordingly.
