This is an application for recall of the bailable warrant issued against applicants. We were constrained to issue bailable warrant to applicants as inspite of service of notice, the applicants did not remain present.

It is submitted that, order of this Court is complied with and the order has been passed. The learned Incharge Government Pleader submits that, application of the petitioners for regularization is rejected before filing of the contempt petition. It appears that, the petitioners were not communicated the said order.

Be that as it may, we accept the unconditional apology tendered by applicants and caution that in future they will diligently appear in the matter upon service of notice from the Courts.
